Keeping hair up and off your face will be ideal for a rave.
A rave is similar to a club scene but is more intensified. Raves tend to last all night, or into the wee hours of the morning. While the focus of raves is typically the music, dancing and light shows, fashion is also an important element. Rave participants generally wear bright colors, glow-in-dark accessories and either excessively baggy or form fitting clothing. Hair accessories that keep hair off of your face and/or neck would be ideal to help keep cool during the rave, as it tends to become excessively hot.
Instructions
1. Use a hot glue gun to mount a glow-in-dark tube strand or strands to the top of a head band.
2. Paint a hair clip and hair barrettes with glow-in-dark paint.
3. Sprinkle glitter on the wet paint to add a touch of glisten.
4. Cut strips of florescent colored fabric, such as hot pink, electric blue or neon orange. The strips should be approximately 1/4 inch thick and range from 3 inches long to 12 inches long, depending on how you plan to use them.
5. Tie the strips around ponytails or pigtails or weave them into your hair as you braid it.
