Hair extensions offer women a chance to have more flexibility with their hairstyles.
Clip in hair extensions can help you change your hairstyle and overall look. There are clips on the ends of the strips of hair that make up the extensions, which clip neatly under the existing hair and create a natural look. Hair extensions aid a woman to turn her thin hair into thick hair, flat hair into full hair and short hair into long hair. It may take some practice at first; but after some experimentation, putting the extensions in should get easier and look more natural.
Instructions
1. Wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Squeeze out excess water from your hair. Dry your hair by dabbing it with a towel. Comb your hair and de-tangle it. Blow dry your hair on a medium setting. Comb it while drying it to decrease knotting.
2. Part your hair horizontally above your ear line. Pull your hair above the part up into a ponytail. Tie it with a hair tie. Open all of the secure-lock comb clips before attaching the hair. Attach the longest portion of the hair extensions horizontally, along the bottom of the part. Push the secure-lock comb clips to clasp them shut on your hair.
3. Make a seven-inch wide horizontal parting an inch above the previous hair part. Tie the hair above the part up into a ponytail. Comb the hair under the part downwards towards the tips of your natural hair. Open all of the secure-lock comb clips on the second longest extensions. Attach this extension along the bottom of the new part. Push the secure-lock comb clips to clasp this extension to your hair.
4. Make a part that spans from temple to temple. Again, tie the hair up above the part into a ponytail. Comb the hair below the part down toward the tips of your natural hair. Open all of the secure-lock comb clips on the designated "top of head" hair extension. Attach this extension along the bottom of the new part. Push the secure-lock comb clips to clasp this extension to your hair. Comb your natural hair over this last extension to achieve a fuller look. Style your new hair however you prefer.
