Tie Baby Hair Bows

Make an adorable hair bow for your baby.

To keep your baby's hair out of her eyes--not too mention make it look adorable--you can pull her hair back into a ponytail topped with a bow. Regular hair ties can also tangle a baby's fine hair, so, to prevent snarls and rips, use a small, plastic hair tie. These hair ties are small enough for short, fine hair and can also be gently pulled out without tangles. Tie in a hair bow to complete the look.

Instructions

1. Brush the baby's hair hair back into a ponytail. Carefully wrap a small plastic hair tie around the ponytail.

2. Slide one end of the ribbon through the hair tie tied around the ponytail.

3. Tie the ribbon into a knot on top of the ponytail. Pull the ribbon tail down either side of the ponytail, crisscross underneath the ponytail, and pull them back up to the top. This will keep the ribbon secure around the ponytail, as well as hide the hair tie underneath.

4. Fold the right tail in half. Pull the left tail around the right tail's loop, then behind the loop and pulled through the other side to form the bow.
