Long hair appeals to many people--and to many Sims!
You can make Sim hair longer in "The Sims 2" and in "The Sims 3," but not in "The Sims." These are all video games by Electronic Arts (EA). You can buy them and more than twenty expansion packs at video game stores and in the games sections of many department stores. On its website, EA confirms that all the Sims games are spinoffs from the game "SimCity." Players make their Sims get ready for work or school, meet that special someone to marry, take care of babies when they come, and much more.
Instructions
1. Click on a Sim's picture on the left side of your screen in order to control that Sim. Control the Sim whose hair you want to make longer.
2. Select "Pick up" from the option menu that appears when you click on a toddler, if you want to make a toddler Sim's hair longer. You must already be controlling an adult or a teen in order to do this.
3. Click on a mirror. An option menu comes up.
4. Select "Change appearance."
5. Wait a few seconds while the "Create a Sim" module loads and opens up.
6. Click on the hair square in the "Create a Sim" module.
7. Scroll through the hairstyles and find a long one for your Sim. Select it.
8. Wait a few seconds while your Sim's new hairstyle loads.
9. Click on the "Done" check mark to close the "Create a Sim" module.
