Hair bows
can be organized many ways.
Hanging hair bows rather than keeping them in a drawer or container helps them remain wrinkle free and ready to wear. It's convenient to see the hair bows all at once and not have to pick through the drawer to find the right one. Having them organized on a small mirror adds d cor to your bedroom. Choose raffia colors that will complement the surroundings in the room. Place the mirror near the bedroom door.
Instructions
1. Create a loose braid using the three colors of raffia. It will have to be long enough to go around the mirror and have at least 6 extra inches on each end.
2. Fold the braid in half and use hot glue to attach the center point of the braid to the center bottom of the mirror.
3. Bring the raffia braid up on each side and hot glue it at the spots where the numbers 9 and 3 are on a clock.
4. Bring both ends to the top. Add hot glue at the center top, crisscross the braid ends and press them into the glue.
5. Trim the raffia on each side to about 3 inches. Loosen the raffia strands so they look like a bow. Apply more hot glue if needed.
6. Attach the hair bows on loose strands of raffia between the glue spots at 12, 3, 6 and 9. Make sure the hot glue is set before adding the hair bows. Hang the mirror using the picture frame hanger.
