Purchasing ready-made party decorations and games are an option for your Betty Boop party, but you can also go beyond your guests' expectations with a uniquely designed Betty Boop theme.
Red, Black & White
Betty Boop is most commonly seen in a short red dress and with a black short haircut. Choose balloons, streamers, table cloths, cutlery and plates in red, black and white in keeping with the character's famous colors. Balloons, plates or napkins with heart shapes on them are a plus. The more items you find to match the color scheme, the more the colors will bring out the party theme.

Your Betty Boop party can feature a dessert tasting to keep the menu simple and feminine. Dark chocolates, chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting, and white- and dark-chocolate covered strawberries are a fun selection that maintains the party's theme colors. Serve root beer floats with strawberry and vanilla ice cream in vintage sundae cups found in a thrift store.
Games
Divide your party guests into two teams. Using a roll of toilet paper only, have your guests use one of their teammates as a model to create the best rendition of Betty Boop they can imagine in just five minutes. A Betty Boop relay game is also a fun option. Have two players race 10 feet wearing high heels, toting a glass of water and carrying a book on their heads. The first player to make it to the finish line without spilling any of the water wins.
