Whether for a little girl, a teenager or a grown woman, a hair bow is an incredibly popular and classic accessory. Tulle makes a great material for a hair bow since it is stiff and gives a whimsical look. It can be a pain to tie the hair bow every time it is worn. This problem can be solved by making a tulle hair bow clip, and then you can accessorize an outfit in a matter of seconds.
Instructions
1. Cut out a piece of tulle that is 10 inches long and 2 inches wide. Tie a simple knot directly in the center of the tulle.
2. Fold over each end of the tulle into a loop. Tie the loops together into a knot in the center of the material, just above the first knot.
3. Cut a second piece of tulle that is 10 inches long and 2 inches wide. Tie this piece of tulle in a simple knot around the first piece so that the two are perpendicular to each other.
4. Fold each end of the second piece of tulle into a loop and tie the loops together in the center, just above the other knots.
5. Hot glue the center of the bow onto a metal hair clip. Cut any stray ends of the tulle so that they are even with the loops.
