By using some basic elastic and ribbons, you can make a beautiful hair bow that will look lovely on your toddler.
Instructions
1. Cut a roll of satin ribbon into about 20 strips that each is about 4 inches long. Set aside.
2. Cut a piece of elastic to about 5 inches long and set aside.
3. Tie one of the ribbon strips in a knot at the center of the elastic, so there are about 2 inches of ribbon at either side of the knot.
4. Fill the elastic with tied ribbon strips to the left and the right of the center ribbon you tied.
5. Tie the two ends of the elastic together to make a ribbon scrunchie.
