Straighten Hair to Feel Like Silk
The fantasy of running your fingers through smooth silky hair can be a reality with the help of just a few styling treatments and tools. Instructions
1. Wet your hair thoroughly. Apply a deep-conditioning, hot oil treatment from roots to tips. Allow the treatment to soak into your strands for exactly 60 seconds. 3. Separate your hair into three sections to make it easier to style. Turn on the ceramic iron to heat it up. Brush hair once to remove any tangles. Ceramic plates are less damaging to the hair than metal plates. Moreover, they add shine to strands as they straighten. It's highly recommended that you use a ceramic straightening iron to make hair feel like silk.
4. Starting from the bottom section, take a 1-inch-wide strand of hair between the iron plates and slowly slide the iron all the way down to the tips. Count about 8 to 10 seconds as you slide the iron down. Continue until every section has been straightened.
5. Apply two drops of avocado oil into your palm. Rub your palms together to spread the oil, then smooth it all over your finished hair for added shine. The natural vegetable oil will moisturize locks, making them soft and silky, while adding a glistening shine.
