You can have pretty eyebrows quite easily.

A woman can easily learn the proper techniques for eyebrow care, however, and actually do this in very little time. It's pretty simple, and the result is natural and pretty brows.
Instructions
1. Pluck your brows with a tweezer. The best time to pluck is after bathing when pores are open. Pluck the hair between brows first. Pluck below the eyebrows, not above. Pluck one hair at a time, in the direction of growth.
2. Fill in gaps. You can use brow powder the same color as your eyebrows. Apply powder with an eyebrow brush. Dab lighly on brows. Alternatively, you can use an eyebrow pencil, but you must be careful and draw a very thin line. Then place some powder on a sponge and apply to brows to soften and blend.
3. Brush brows with an eyebrow brush. Brush in an upward motion toward the outer eye.
4. Apply some clear hair gel. Dab some gel on the brows to hold them in place. Just use your finger and lightly pat on the brows.
