RuneScape is a popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). By completing certain quests, players can acquire specialized weapons, one of which is a crystal bow. While crystal bows do not break or take damage requiring repair, they do suffer decreases in their capabilities and will degrade through use by losing 1/10 of their bonus capabilities with every 250 shots taken. After taking its final shot, the crystal bow becomes a crystal seed in the player's inventory and must be taken to Ilfeen in Isafdar to have her enchant the seed, which fully recharges the crystal bow.
Instructions
1. Withdraw enough coins from a bank so Ilfeen can recharge your crystal bow by enchanting the crystal seed. Ilfeen charges 900,000 coins for the first recharging; then she charges 180,000 less for each subsequent recharging up to the fifth. The fifth recharging costs 180,000 coins, as does each recharging of your bow after that. Make sure you have the crystal seed in your inventory, as well as the coins, or Ilfeen will not be able to recharge your crystal bow.
2. Travel to Isafdar and locate Ilfeen. She is either southeast of the Elf Camp or south of the fire remains near the start point of the Roving Elves quest. She is a roving elf and teleports between the two locations. Since it takes between four and five minutes for her to reappear after leaving a location, it's easier to wait for her at one location than to travel from place to place yourself.
3. Speak to Ilfeen. The process of recharging the crystal bow requires Ilfeen to enchant the crystal seed (which is what the crystal bow degraded into after firing its last shot). Once she has enchanted the crystal seed, you will have a fully charged crystal bow in your inventory. The cycle of the crystal bow degrading and Ilfeen recharging the crystal bow will repeat as long as you keep the crystal bow, or the crystal seed, in your inventory or your bank.
