Hot roll your hair back for a swept back style.
Create a sexy, full on volume hairstyle with hot rollers. Use small hot rollers for flirty, little ringlets or larger rollers for bouncy waves. A variety of hairstyles, from smooth to curly, can be created with rollers and some basic styling tools.
Instructions
1. Wash hair with volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Plug in a set of hot rollers and lay a hand towel over the case to preheat. Then, blow dry your hair with a round barrel brush.
2. Separate a 1/2-inch section of hair from the front of your head. Hold the hair up straight and place a roller behind it.Tuck the ends of the 1/2-inch section of hair around the barrel of the roller. Roll the barrel backward until you reach your scalp and secure with a roller pin. Use caution when handling the hot rollers, they will be warm to the touch.
3. Continue to roll 1/2-inch sections of hair from the front of your head to the back until all of your hair is rolled. Spray rolled hair with hair spray to set. Leave the rollers in for 15 to 30 minutes. Leave the rollers in longer for a tighter curl. Unplug the hot roller case.
4. When the rollers are cool to touch remove them and place them back in the case. Tease the top section of your hair at the crown with a small tooth comb. Gently, smooth the teased hair over with the comb to retain the volume. Leave hair down and full or pull the sides back and secure with bobby pins for a half-back look. Finish with hair spray.
