Keep your hair bows neatly organized with plastic display cards.
If you are selling hair bows, or you would just like to keep them nice and neat on your vanity, you can easily make your own plastic display cards. Plastic display cards are more durable than cardboard ones, and you can recycle plastic that would have ended up in a landfill. Making your own plastic display cards for hair bows will save you money, and you will also be helping the environment by reusing plastic containers.
Instructions
1. Measure and trace a rectangle to about 4 inches wide by 3 inches high on a wet wipe box, or similar thin, flat plastic, with a pen.
2. Cut around the traced edge with a pair of scissors or a sharp utility knife. Cut the corners to round them out.
3. Cut two slits in the center of the plastic card, with your utility knife, so you can slip the base of the hair bows through. Start and end the slits about 1/2 inch from the top and bottom edges of the card.
4. Cut a 1/8 inch wide hole near the top edge of the card so that it can be hung on a hook.
