Making Hair bows for little girls and big girls can be good money. Parents, especially mothers like buying homemade bows as they are more special and beautiful than those packaged at department stores. However, as you can probably imagine, selling hair bows to your target audience means you need to find your customers. Here's find your customers and make more money selling hair bows!
Instructions
1. Ask at your child's school if you could be notified for any festivals, groups or gatherings that include parents for your hair bow business. The PTA and other parenting groups are always raising money for needed supplies and look for small vendors (like you) who could sell quality hair bows and pay for a table (helping the group out as well.)
2. Check online and consider putting up auctions on Ebay.com, Livedeal.com and even Craigslist.org. All you need is a well worded ad, a couple of pictures of the hair bow or if a pair, all the hair bows together, and your email address. People scour the Internet looking for homemade products like hair bows.
3. Seek out the cheer and cheerleader squads in your community. As with any of the group events, they need to raise money for their projects plus most folks love helping local artisans. Give the groups an opportunity to find out what you make!
4. Consign your hair bows at local beauty parlors. Ladies who care about their hair will care about their child's hair too! A cute display will grab the attention of moms and allow them to be introduced (and purchase) a hair bow. This type of sales brings repeat sales and many happy customers.
